3 years ago I hit the wall ...over 250lbs lazy no goal depressed the full cocktail. The combination of these guys all kept me going. The previous 2 years i took time to get my mind and body right and decided this is the year I need that " aggressive mindset " Jocko was speaking on. Iv been pushing myself harder than ever ...and alot of the people around me even think " he lost his mind " but iv never been in more control in my life ...iv been winning competitions and tournaments I'm competing in my first kick boxing tournament iv accomplished 2 out of 3 major multi year goals in 2022 and I still got work to do. Whatever stage your at I'm living proof you can take it 1 day at a time and with patience and persistence you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Won't be easy but it'll be worth it

Jocko has some books out now, if you read find them. I am not on that path. My path is headed back to the gym in the next 18 months (injuries suck). Get them sorted, then make your come back!

It is all about the mindset..... you have to remember that everything moves in frequency.... and if you want something... you have to imagine that you are already doing..... the universe will open the doors for you and will lead you to your biggest goals in life... regrdless of what you are trying to aim for in life... just know... attract it to existence and shall you have it.... but never forget to always pray as well.... because we need the help of GOD to help us get there. This was very motivational, thank you for it. I will listen to this everytime i question myself. I was that moster, and i took it to fare, and it nearly destroyed my life. It has been very hard to turn that switch back on. Ever since, i correlate that competitive drive and aggression with lossing everything, and my life has been shitty ever since. I need that competitve drive back, no matter the cost.

I never had a single penny to even invest in.... honestly working from pay check to pay check... i managed to save just about $50 dollars ...enough to buy my first domain..... now that same domain is generating me over $33,000 a month... am i done? Hell na... I just realized the power of my mindset.... am about to go beast mode with it!!!!

No body can tell me a negative comment. Negative died. Every thing gets converted to a positive any situation is a learning experience the next move is a win because I got the power to make it a win. I’m so glad I killed weakness like smoking because of stress. Smoking is like a baby’s suckie I’m a man I don’t need that. Drinking yuck drugs yuck all weakness I passed up the weakness now and I’m on top of my game. Always winning always out front and make things happen. 🎉
