where are you from? Berlin, Germany. I am 100% German and I just happen to have no accent haha. it took me years of practice. if my accent changes it's called code switching and is quite common for bilingual people
what is your major at school? I am a 5th year dental student. dental school in Germany takes 5,5 years.

Such inspiring tips here, definitely going to incorporate these habits as I prep for the upcoming school year :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and be this ultimate version of yourself who is focused, productive, and checking off all of the boxes!! I love the getting ready meditations in the morning as part of my routine! Sooo applicable to leveling up your life and getting clear on how you want to live and feel and preform. Can't help but share b/c I feel like you'd love it haha :)) it's been a game changer for me! So excited to explore all of your content x

Anna, the dental student, telling us to grind 😂 Sorry, I just found that to be somewhat of a pun, considering grinding is the last thing we should be doing 🦷 In all seriousness, Anna, you have helped me so much with my overall well-being while studying and working full time. You have helped me realise that going to the gym, taking a bath, looking after yourself, is just that, looking after yourself. You simply cannot fill up anyone else’s cup when your own is empty ❤❤❤

Hiii, eine Frage. Du hast gemeint du nutzt deine Zusammenfassungen nur fürs Verstehen, also verwendest du die dann nicht mehr beim lernen ? Oder nutzt deine Zusammenfassungen und deine Karteikarten, wenn ja wie teilst du dir das so ein 😅

Das Schreiben an sich ist für mich zum erstehen, ich benutze die Zusammenfassungen dann auch zum lernen! Ich muss dadurch halt ein bisschen früher anfangen, aber ich finde dass ich dann beim ersten Mal “auswendig” lernen auch schon noch was behalten habe vom Schreiben davor 😊

not taking is the biggest waste of time. You can just read and remember what you read it doesnt make any sense to me to copy something from the book in notes, because it is already in the book

It personally helps me for memorization, it takes me less time to memorize something with my handwriting
