What you told us exactly right I am practicing some of the things but mind play some tricks because sometimes I couldn't avoid argument but I know arguments leads to nothing. I also find attachment is the greatest obstacle. I learnt we can give love to people but it is not necessary to worry for the their life. I need to say one thing without experience and analysis we couldn't learn what you told as 5 points. Learning is a step by step process with our experience I request all don't quit the experience to realise what is right.
