Hope all of you are well! This has been by far my favorite adventure on GZW. There was something about being in the Jungle worrying about when the right time to shoot and when not to shoot at the enemy's'. At the beginning of the video I was talking about Sniper Movies. As an ex-sniper in the Belgian army who served in Syria, i can tell you're very passionate about being a sniper in video games and trying to come as close to it as the real thing. You are doing a good job at moving positions every time you take a shot, although from time to time you seem to forget and stay in the same position shooting a couple of shots, this isn't particularly a bad thing in a video game and against AI but if those were real people they would find out pretty quickly what position you are in. Irl one of the most important things is to keep moving every time you take a shot, to keep your enemy guessing where you are and how far away you are, aswell as staying one step ahead of them every time. Also, what i noticed is that you get very close & personal with the enemies. This might be the nature of the game and might not always be possible, but irl the biggest trait you have as a sniper is the possibility to take shots from a way further range than your enemies, because when you get closer your advantage turns into a disadvantage due to the fire rate of a sniper rifle being way worse than any other rifle, AR or SMG. So you should always try to make use of this advantage and try to stay as far away from the enemies as possible when taking your shots, picking them off 1 by 1, moving positions around your target, and after making sure from multiple angles most contacts are down, you could go in close range and clear the rest of the area/buildings with your sidearm (irl this would be your team moving in) but obviously in this type of game when there are no lifes at stake, doing this with a team would mean as a sniper you wouldn't get to take any shots and would only be there as a spotter since the guys with AR's and SMG's would take out everything before you even get the chance to take a shot :) obviously, these are just some tips/pointers i am giving from a real life standpoint and how i would do it, but you are free to play the game however you want, it would still be a good watch. Worthwhile thinking if you wanna be a marksman...does the shot advance your mission? If your taking shots to take shots that fine but the point of being a marksmen is being indescript. Taking wild random shots with no gain gives you nothing while the enemy gains everything.

The voip interactions in this were hilarious!

The only thing stopping me from getting this game and diving into this play-style is the fact that I can do this with a suppressed 12.7 mm M107 on Arma 3 from over 1k or 2k out. There's bullet drop, windage, stamina, and scopes with proper magnification and mildot sights. There are ghillie suits that mask you from sight/thermal vision scopes or goggles. If they add those things to Gray Zone, I'm in.

This is the main reason why I don’t play PvP.

So funny watching people play this game. Reason being they have no real life shooting experience. You have to zero in for distances. Thats why you wasnt hitting some guys thats further out. Gotta zero in for the distance.
