Great video Richard. I really think Guitar Max and yourself, come off as "what you see is what you get". Meaning, you guys are up front and honest and don't come off as being some kind of conceded "you know what". Richard, I like to hear your story how you became what you are today, like music background, how you learned how to play so well etc etc...

I went through the same deal Max did when he joined Hellion. I toured with bands from the 80s who had big followings and were pretty big names and they were still doing crappy day jobs and flat broke, and half the time we would play to completely empty clubs. If a band that had hit songs, tons of airplay on MTV, and huge followings can only achieve that level of success, then what hope is there for any new bands starting out?

All you needed was Max playing a very affordible guitar thorugh a very affordible amp. Cool episode, dude.

I started playing 8or9ish?1967ish? Bad guitar! Worked saved 1973ish SG! 1974ish dad made me sell for school fare.😢 dad died 1977. 1978or9ish got les paul copy! Got in bands!😊 got married 😮 wife made me stop for 15yrs 😢 started back up in 2000 and that's all I do now all day is play guitar!! The End! Thanks Shredder!
