I need help with my shooting. When I shoot, the last fingers to leave the ball are the index and middle fingers. I think I’m doing everything about my shooting right but still I’m missing most of my mid range and 3 point shots. What should I do

I need help on building my range. I can shoot with good form inside the 3 point line, but right when I get outside my shot starts to get ugly and I’m just throwing it up. What’s something u can do to help this?

how to do the push cross in detail

Hey quick question I’ve been trying to push my self ever day no matter what even waking up at 3 before school and trying to get 8 hours on the weekends that’s my plan but I can rarely do it because of the tendinitis in my knees I try doing things where I don’t run or jump but the pain keeps getting worse to the point where doing long walks will effect me later I know your not a doctor and I’m seeing some for it but as another hooper do you think that it will lead to more serious injury that would effect my career

I'm no doctor myself, but there are a couple tips I'd give you. Firstly, getting up at 3 is great, but ONLY if you're getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep per night. Without that, you can't expect to not get injured. Secondly, it's great to get those 8 hours of work in, but it's better to build up to that and even then go in incremental workouts of 1-2 hours max, followed by 2-4 hours of rest and back at it. This way your workouts can be more intense and you're less likely to get injured. About that building up, if you went straight into 8 hours/day or getting up at 3am, its hard for your body to adapt to that. Incrementally build up, do some isometrics and you'll be straight.

If you're under 6'3" please do not put your life into basketball you will NOT make it to the league. Get a scholarship somewhere and get a diploma and play the game you love at the same time.
