Hi, CraigI don't speak much English, I have had the opportunity to hear your messages translated into Spanish and they seem spectacular to me, the way that God is using you is incredible. I am a leader of the audiovisual production ministry of a church in NY and I would like to have the opportunity to hear your messages translated into Spanish, I know they will be a great blessing for the Latin Christian people.

Really good content. I love the challenge to be a centered leader so that we produce not only leaders, but centered leaders. I was nearly introduced to your podcast and I am inspired! I am trying to become a better leader and am constantly given opportunities in my occupation. Problem is I have so many questions #1 question pertaining to this video being, what is the best way to be a centered leader in the military? Although the mission usually stays the same it is difficult to be consistent when things are always changing and difficult to have confidence because when things change you are not always knowledgeable on the change. Not sure if I will get a reply or not but either way thank you for Your consistency and ministry! God Bless.

Presence... That's distinguishing quality. You feel grounded in their presence. You feel secured. More you become leader, you serve those below you... You make their path to grow easy, give them resources, clean their path...self absorbed is not leader...what about abusive leaders??? 😳
