LIFE IS CHANGING, AND I AM LEAVING MY PHILIPPINES BEACH HOME FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE OF LIFE...
I will be getting married in the near future, and because of Therine's life and business, it is important that we live in Luzon. At least for the near future. And so, after making Cateel home base for the past few years and building a beach home... I will have to say goodbye for a while. Life is changing, and I am leaving the beach home life...
But I will be back. That is for sure. And after getting married, we do plan on living in Mindanao...
So this is just temporary.
Bring on the life changes. Bring on the big city. I am moving away from Davao.

Kulas is not just a Canadian but a true blue Filipino, a good man, a person with a heart of gold, a best friend and soon to be a loving husband. Wish you all the best all through out. Life is always changing, and it looks like a big change is coming your way. You'll soon be joining your businesswoman wife in a new province far from Mindanao. In the midst of all this, I recommend keeping your current house - it's always good to have a place to call your own. And if you and Therine ever need a break from the busy city life, you've got a peaceful place to escape to. Power on!

You have a wonderful property near the beach. It's a big tract of land. You and Kumar can build a resort in that property in the future. Tourist will be coming through. You are a known vlogger. I have watched 95% of your vlogs for so many years and have watched you grow and travel the Philippines. Build your Cateel home with your friend Kumar who have a friendship that will last a lifetime. One thing I have found as opposed to the UK is that your property, as you say, needs constant maintenance here. I recently spent 3.5 years working in Cebu and had little time for DIY. Before my next contract I spent 5 months off just repairing and maintaining stuff around the house. My advice to people is if you are building a property once complete it needs looking after from Day 1, so budget for it. Just like a newborn baby. Good luck to you both and Power On.

Change is never easy. But changing to be with the love of your life to form a good life is good. But as you stated, it's temporary because that's always going to be home and you'll be back soon.
