I totally agree with him. We Nepalese people need to adopt more about professionalism. Actually the worst part in Nepali Movie Industry is people are literally being underpaid. If the budget isnt enough then stop hiring people by underpaying them later on. Next thing is About how Most people are Egostrenic just because they have ascribed and achieved status. If things continue this way by sugarcoating about Nepal then I hardly imagine any rapid development inside the country. This is the reason why Tai chup mai chup bhanne kura is prevailing in every sectors from Industry to Politics.

Whatever he said is damn right !!! We as a nation and Nepalese need to learn a lot more about professionalism.... Whatever he has asked for isn't a great deal ... he earned that ... But typical reply will be " हामी त जुग देखि ..., राजेश हमालले त तेइ गर्न हुने !!!" Just because someone else did it that way for yrs , doesn't justify that our way is right !!! Just look at news... They should have put Sanjay's reaction shot when he was saying about set-food. Sanjay once talked about how tasty and good set food is, quite contrasting to what sushant is saying. Yeah, there is no professionalism here but i guess we also don't have bollywood level catering service here. He is right about good food and proper accomodation but that costs producer's extra bucks, costs goes up but returns are minimal, quite unlike India. So, my suggestions for Sushant is to not work in Nepal for your own sake. Because you won't get what you expect. इंडियामा राम्रो खाने बानी परेको मान्छे नेपालमा त त्यस्तो मिल्दैन। पेटले पचाउन पनि त सक्दैन, नेपालमै पनि एक ठाउँको पानी खाएको मान्छे, अर्को ठाउँको पानी जुधेर बिरामी पर्छन। सुशान्तले भनेको एकदम ठीक हो, उताको हावा लागेपछि यताको नराम्रो लाग्नु स्वाभाविक हो, त्यस्तै पनि त छ। बाहिर काम गरिरहेको मान्छेलाई यता आउनु आफैलाई घाटा लाउनु हो।
