My wife recently diagnosed with Parkinson's . I am full carnivore for 70 days now. I am 80 years old. I walk backwards for 3 miles per day, go fishing and biking as well. I'm hardly ever still , and feeling well and energetic. My wife absolutely rejects the carnivore or even a low carb diet. Won't even try it..Lots of carbs and sugar is her diet. She has trouble doing anything. She is a retired RN and stubborn.

Can confirm. In my fifties I was physically falling apart. Now at 60 as a five year carnivore I’m a world #1 and World Record holder in sprint rowing. The foundation is without a doubt the carnivore diet. To train and perform at that level requires the best nutrition available. To not break down at that level of power and speed is exceptional by definition. No way it could be accomplished following establishment diet advice. Go carnivore and thrive like you were born to do.

Thank you for sharing your story! "Live by nature, not the System" is spot on. I have a lifetime of experiences where the system failed me (but was kept alive...) and I finally reached my breaking point, didn't care if I lived or died, just tired of fighting the System. God had bigger plans for me. I've been carnivore since January, off all meds, and mentally and physically healthy. The System can't survive if we're healthy! Sorry for the long comment...I just want to thank you again for sharing your story because so much of it resonated with me and I hope for many others too. ❤

Thankyou Mimi.. my father has had Parkinsons for over a decade and i've just emailed the link to your amazing testimony with Kerry... i'm really hoping it inspires him to try carnivore for at least 30 days. He's 77 and still capable of thinking outside the box, rather than just trust and rely on ''the system'' that has had no answers for this dreaded disease other than management with physical therapy/ pharma meds...the keys to health and recovery are in our own pockets, not those of the medical industrial complex which are only overflowing with money.

Im sorry you are suffering so much from lyme. here are some things to look up and try: Add in fasting with carnviore to heal your body & brain with lyme. Fasting channels Dr mindy pelz vds 7 types of fasting, rmold, efeed after a fast, what to drink on a fast, detox liver/kidney, heavy metal detox, open lymph pathways, channels Dr Jason Fung fasting, channel A healthy alternative (he recommends vegan dont do it eat carnviore), DR MICHELLE SLATER LYME DRY FASTING vds (her book is a must read). channel Candida eric bakker naturopath (his chan named changed but, this will get you to his vds) he is EXCELLENT = vds mold, candida (if you had antibiotics you most likley have this) and h pylori (80% of lyme patients have h pylori), SIBO, rebuilding immune system, raw fermented veggies, dr berg's vds on mold, raw fremented veggies too. add in MCT oil daily = channel Dr Berg's vds this kills off bio-films, is a anti-bacteria/virus fighter, adds fuel to the brain home made bone broth!! easy to make lots of vds buy bones at grocery store. this will heal your gut aka YOUR IMMUNE system. start out with a small amount daily to see if your body can tolerate it then add more ie 1 cup a day sea channel Dr Axe vds on lyme & bone broth. eat fat. use fat secret si. TE to figure out your fat intake = try for 70% fat/30% protein and/or 80% fat/20 % protein (will have to try both to figure out what helps your brain & body). Wishing you all the best in your healing journey. take care 🌷🌷🌷

Got called out at 0030 got home at 0600. Was totally exhausted. Prior to that, in 2005 I was shot multiple times in Iraq. Have nerve damage from the injuries and operations. This morning I was very slow moving and lacked coordination. I ate a lot of sugar, thinking maybe my blood sugar was low. Have been on carnivore. Finally feeling a little more normal now. Will start back on carnivore and back to the gym tomorrow. This lady helps motivate me to keep going with my old routine.

I am a retired RN and know that most of Mimi’s problems were brought on by her terrible medical care, not listening to the patient, wrong labs, infections brought on by hospital care. Every patient needs a skilled RN advocate to fight for the right care for the patient. The system is great at making us sicker and sicker, but not well. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and now I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore." This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions. I loved this interview. At 72, I've dealt with several autoimmune issues since childhood, and although I always "pushed through the pain" I just accepted that that's how my life was going to be. I've been Lego ore for the last several months and I feel better than I have since I was a 7 year old. Hoping to transition to full carnivore soon. Thank you Kerry for introducing so many amazing folks! You are a true blessing. You should interview my son, who is my inspiration, who is healing severe psoriatic arthritis and depression with carnivore. It was when he told me last year that he was going to live on beef and salt that I freaked and started researching like crazy, discovering you and Dr. Berry and a slew of advocates, as well as being knocked out by the regeneration of my son, that I thought I needed this for me. 💗 thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Healthcare? It’s a deathcare. Thank you for your documentary. Incredible!! Best health to all! I’m just starting my proper human diet journey with health objectives in mind. Female, turning 46. I’ve been keto for a year now, under 10gr. Amazing progress already. Now I’m trying meat and water to address eczema (and God knows what else?!) I’m horrified by doctors and how wrong and not caring they can be. I had very bad experience when I was younger, actually few of those. Ever since my health is in my care. Also, my cholesterol is off the charts, always. But no other ‘bad bloodwork’ markers. Listening to the doctors I’m sick. But how come I sleep well, exercise daily and get respiratory infections one every three years or so and can count my all my headaches during my lifetime using fingers one hand??! If that’s ‘dad’ I’ll take it. Sorry for the long emotional post. Thank you again

I feel just the movements and how my posture is changing in those areas.. getting straight again. I used to feel very dissociated due to the ptsd.. @08turboSS 75 and you are wrong. He had been sick since age 65 with cancer. Same with my grandmother, a vegetarian with cancer. My aunt, the same thing. The cancer they fought. They all took supplements. Drank vegetable juices and fruit juices. They had been lifetime vegans. My grandfather got Parkinson's on top of the cancer. None could take care of themselves to remember how to eat in the belly of the cancer. I believe that they were malnourished. I took care of them. I would know. I'm angry that I could have saved them all. Stubborn is a vegan! Deceived! They were eating gmo fruits and vegetables and didn't even know it. Note the gvt is all for the vegan... 🫸 pushing, pumping the crazies. Even the supplements are fake and chemically made. After they all passed away I looked into the company of 4 of their supplements... I quit looking as I knew the greatest scam is the vegan, whole foods, organic industry. I talk from experience and research. It just didn't dawn on me that their cancerous death was being vegan!!

Why are people afraid of that particular change? If they could be shown how easy and simple it is. It becomes the simplest shopping list. The grocery cart becomes a basket! Meals become fast and easy! Some are afraid they'll miss the chips, potatoes, sodas and pre-packaged meals. If they appreciated their addiction is a result of those foods, it would make a difference in their choice. This has been the most thoughtful and encouraging video on diet ever. Mimi you have been so stalwart throughout. I believe, like you, that "ten more steps" was a spiritual moment for you. In fact, perhaps your whole path through these illnesses was, too!

Kerry, you saved yourself. You look great, you are off your medications. Now you bring us interviews like this lady, Mimi, also saving themselves. I love the carnivore community. You are using the phrase "Healing Humanity" - because it is true, carnivore is healing us. I get frustrated that the carnivore community is not growing fast enough to save more people. Today I was buying raw meat at the grocery store. The only thing in the cashier checkout was two packages of meat. The cashier commented, she saw a doctor on KZfaq who said eating meat is not healthy. I can imagine what she saw, one of the many who think eating meat will give them cancer and/or heart attack. By the way, this cashier is plenty overweight. I got upset, starting telling the cashier the youtube video she saw was wrong. Then I realized my voice was aggressive, so I said to the cashier, I am not mad at you. I am frustrated with all the fake information on KZfaq that people believe. So videos like this one with Mimi are absolutely necessary to counterbalance the many incorrect video presentations. What carnivore has that the veggie doctors don't have, is testimonials of people who used carnivore to get off medications from severe diseases like Parkinson's. If there are any vegetarians, vegans, or standard American diets who got themselves off medications for a severe disease, I have yet to see them. Anybody got one of those miracles that got them off Parkinson's medications using veggies?

I didn’t take another pill until I went back to my rheumatologist. Started Keto and lost 12 pounds in three weeks. My Dr took me off several meds and lowered the rest. I appreciate him being willing to listen to me. Feeling better now. Have been mostly carnivore this last week and I don’t crave eating as much. I’m finally full. I need to lose weight but the need to be healthy is the most important thing to me right now. I’m 68 years old and of course my family who knows everything tells me to be careful and not shock my body. Shock my body??? My body was already in shock. I have to stop listening to well meaning loved ones and do what is best for me! My goal is for the calsinosis to be resolved in my fingers! This lady Mimi is my age and is now my hero! I began walking the first of the year and am doing what my body is capable of and not trying to punish it. I’m in this alone but with videos like this I feel like I have someone on my side encouraging me. Thanks for posting!

Kerry I get frustrated with my friends who think I’m crazy because I eat the way I do, but I will not change for them. I’m not perfect but I sure am aware when I put something back in my body and it truly lets me know.

Kerry, what a great interview with Mimi! I'm so happy for her. I saw you yesterday on a video that just popped up in my feed yesterday. It was the one where you were on 5 minute body. After that I watched a couple more carnivore videos. Long story short, I started carnivore yesterday. 2 days down so far. Today I spent the day watching several different carnivore youtubers. I want to feel better so much. Thanks for your videos.

What an amazing testimony! I have been on and off this way of eating for a couple years. Have had a lot of healing, for liver and blood work is improving . I know if I stay on this I will have more because the only time I am not inflamed and in pain is when I'm compliant.

Absolutely one of the most inspiring stories ever! My husband and I (who are in our late 60s, as well) were quite impressed with Mimi’s ability to articulate herself so well and keep continuity in recounting the details of her journey. God bless you both as you continue to share! ❤

I am sorry for your loss, I lost my Mom to cancer, she was 31, left 7 children in 1975. I have not trusted big pharmaceutical since. Carnivore probably would have saved her.

I am going shopping tonight to start carnivore. I tried the diet for a few weeks and did well about a year ago, but thought it was "so dang hard". I am a sugar addict, and will have to avoid all sweeteners. I have breast cancer, 70 lbs overweight, chronic lyme, hashimoto's, and a lifelong battle with depression, arthritis, allergies, chronic ear infections/sinus infections, brain fog, and more. I will be journaling every day so I can remind myself of the changes. I plan to do the 75 Hard program to work on the mental/physical side that needs to do a 180. I will be taking daily photos, and I cant wait to dive into this with everything I have.

Cancer feeds on sugar. If you're addicted to sugar you could try doing a water fast to rid yourself of cravings and reset your tastebuds. I've done a 21 day water fast and felt amazing. I didn't have any major issues except chronic migraines. The cancer can't grow without sugar. Lion diet of meat and water is zero sugar.

And what really pisses me off is you're a sugar addict and cancer lives on sugar did the doctors not tell you this? Probably not since most people come off of chemo in the first thing they do is hand them a cookie and juice. I live in a senior community and there's one of the women here who is also a breast cancer survivor and I tell her all the time to stay away from the damn sugar if you don't want that cancer to come back stay away from the sugar
