You’re human mate. It’s totally normal to feel that way, truth is I do too. But your mind will always focus on the things that you do wrong in life more than it will focus on the things you do right, one thing that might work is going forward write down the good things that you do so then you can always return to that and prove yourself wrong. Not saying that’s going to fix everything but it might help. Another thing you might want to try is finding God, it’s very simple read the bible (there are several websites that offer it for free) and truly search to see if you do believe. while it may not necessarily make your problems go away it will make it far easier to cope. God does love you just the way you are his love is unconditional and he truly wants a relationship with you, you’re never too far gone (trust me I know). I really do hope I could help you

the moment where i realized that i was the happiest ive ever been, after deciding to follow Jesus against all odds almost 4 years ago, and realizing that ill have happier moments to come, continuing to look towards Him as my God, my messiah, my hope.
