Beautiful! In case you want to do this again in the future you can buy pre primed mdf instead of wood and they do not warp so they will be perfectly straight!

I am a full time artist, did it and it cracks over a few months sadly with temperature changes and on canvass which moves. Texture paste and varnish works however. 👍

Looks great, love how you figured out a non-permanent solution - adds loads of interest! 😍I'd recommend a tenon saw for wood, will be a good investment if you do more projects with wood - hacksaws are great for metal. Also, gloves are best if you're going to be handling fillers etc. (can be toxic) - really loved the technique you used to create the texture on that piece of art though - looks high end! Subscribing! Would love to see what you create in the future! ❤

@@mariahosannah7254 You’re welcome. I’m a full time artist and tried it myself. If you’d like something that shall last, bend with movement and with different conditions over the years, use texture paste mixed with acrylic paint and then varnish your piece, It shall become archival at that point. ☮️💜

I would hang the computer monitor. It will give a clean look, flush to the wall. And you will have more counter space. Also, hang that IKEA board. Get it off the real estate.

This was so relaxing to watch! Does this mean that painters tape is stronger than double sided tape? Or is the combination what makes the difference?

Thanks Fiwzy! The painter's tape is actually low-tack compared to the double-sided tape. Using only double-sided tape to install the beadboard on the wall could rip off paint or even damage the wall when it's time to take it down. So, the only purpose of the double-sided tape is to attach the non-sticky side of the painter's tape to the board so it's sticky side can go on the wall and we get to keep our security deposit 😊

Now the headboard doesn't look Right It's too big, and the beautiful picture you made should hang where the little tiny picture is.. but You did a job👍🏼
