I have tried literally 100+ videos for my anxiety \panic attacks and the fact that I barely sleep. if it's just sounds it's calming but then my mind races. If it's guided meditation the over use of words that trigger like anxiety, let's imagine you're having a panic attacks, etc well, triggers me lol. Then I start to associate the videos to negative experiencs. Music was a big part of my upbringing because of dad, who passed away 3 years ago, so I have to much of an emotional response good and bad. BUT THIS? This is perfect there's a voice (no trigger words) to follow and even more I love ancient tales etc . I have honestly slept more in the last week then I have in 6 months. Thank you, so much to all the team. You've made a difference in a struggling persons life. 💗

I used to love these stories but the voice changes per character triggers my alertness and interrupts my sleepiness. Listening in the daytime helps with my anxiety though! So thank you 😊
