Oh my friend, listening to the Bee Gees is a direct trip to paradise. Those 3 brothers harmonized like no one else on the planet. They wrote all their songs, made all the musical arrangements and wrote songs for great singers. They were also simply geniuses and may new generations appreciate their Talent makes me feel very good. I am 43 years old and my parents adored them. Over time I understood why and I adore them too.

Maybe now you can see why they had 9 No.1 hits. Third all time group behind the Beatles and Supremes. No auto tune, no gimmicks. Just three immensely talent guys singing a love song to a woman...not a b**ch...not WAP...just saying.

I'll never know how someone could watch this and not fall in love with these brothers and want to listen to everything they've ever sang.

This song has literally saved children. The Bee Gee’s wrote & released it in 1978. It was already topping charts world wide when they performed it in Jan. 1979, for The United Nations Children's Fund fundraiser, “Music for UNICEF.” They then donated all publishing rights & royalties to UNICEF, the 1st band to make such a donation to charity. The last tally I saw was as of 2011, saying UNICEF had received more than 10 million British pounds from it, for emergency food & healthcare.

Barry Gibb, in my opinion, has the best falsetto voice ever, & what makes it so incredible, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare! One of the best groups ever who wrote their own songs, played instruments and could sing. They also wrote songs for other people and had hits in several decades. Cannot understand the thumbs down. Do these people not like great songs and singers?

The harmonies come from three brothers that have sang since they were kids. They are also prodigious song writers and have wrote songs for some of the biggest stars in the world , it is a pity that Maurice and Robin are no longer with us.

You see back in the days you had to have talent. In the early days their was no auto-tune or any trickery an artist could really use to make them sound better, you either had talent or you didn't. The Bee Gees had incredible talent as did the younger brother Andy Gibb, sadly only one Gibb brother is left and that's Barry the lead singer of the Bee Gees. Good to see young people appreciate and respect old school music

What's really amazing about this song is that as unreal as Barry's falsetto? He only learned he could sing like that 3 years before this song was released ;)

The Bee Gee's mean "The Brothers Gibb". There were 4 brothers from Australia. Barry is the lead singer, his 3 younger Brothers are Robin, Maurice and Andy Gibb. Robin is the only brother still alive. Robin is still married to the same Lady after 50 years. 100% of the money made from this song was donated to UNICEF. Over 11.5 Million Dollars.

Barry, the singer in the middle, is the only one of the four brothers left now. The twins, Robin and Maurice (pronounced Morris) died 9 years apart. Their youngest brother Andy, who had a solo career, tragically died just days after his 30th birthday. Barry still performs live as far as I know....Please rewatch this off camera so you can get the full impact uninterrupted. Barry was the lead singer, Robin and Maurice HARMONIZED ALSO IN FALSETTO. 9.Their unique sound that made them famous. 10 If you listen close you can hear the Falsetto of all 3. 11. It became their standard. The Disco Era was dying at this point. 12. The Bee Gee's Music, breathed new life into the Disco Era. 13, That kept DISCO alive and popular for many more years. 14.
