1:55 Incomplete or just not on point explanation. 4.4 mm Cancel the Noise/Distortion by providing bi polar signal connection instead of one. hence they both cancels out the Sound Noise from each other resulting Clean & Noiseless Audio. Whereas 3.2mm just has single signal connection resulting distortion/Noise in the final result. There is also a 2.5mm which works similar to 4.4mm but be because is the thinnest among all the chances of breaking it is high.

For cameras - my suggestion will be just give the same sensor as any pixel device like 7a & let the community develop a working Gcam mod for it. This is the reason why poco f1 had one of the most polished gcam support - it had the same imx363 as the older pixel 3.

A balanced audio connection does not affect soundstage or loudness. It resists interferance by sending a pair of signal for each audio channel. This can also be done on a 2.5 jack but the conductor becomes too thin that it easily breaks.

This is a smartphone that’s stands out from the rest of other smartphones.

Firstly Balanced output have dedicated amplifier for left and right channel while unbalanced has one common amplifier for both the channels due to which things like noise ratio and more capability of driving higher impedance headphones and iem and Better audio is achived and The use of of 4.4 mm in balanced outpost is not because it has better conductivity or lower resistance....but it's to help distinguished which type of output it is...., there are 3 types of connectors which are used for balanced audio output and they are 1. open XLR 2. 4.4mm 3. 2.5mm and they are different from a normal 3.5mm earphone jack is bec a normal cable or iem with 3.5mm jack won't work with any of the balanced output and hence the standard of using different connectors was established.

Yeah my LG v30+, which had a quad DAC and b&o headphones to enjoy the output. All this without affecting the form factor. LG was so ahead at some time and now just disappeared.

The problem is, it operates with android so the audio will be up sampled or down sampled to 48Khz. So get an iphone xs or 8+ and get a dac, i guess that would be better than a whole new expensive phone for audio
