Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1 cup water
2 pcs carrots, washed, peeled, and cubed
2 pcs potatoes, washed, peeled, and diced
1 red bell pepper, washed and diced
1 green bell pepper, washed and diced
12 pcs garlic, peeled and chopped
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
1 tbsp black salt (divided)
400g minced beef
1 tbsp Knorr seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp date syrup
1 tbsp butter
Dry dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of x
couscous and 1 cup of water.
2. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Prepare the vegetables: wash, peel, and cube the carrots; wash, peel, and dice the potatoes; wash and dice the red and green bell peppers.
4. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the diced potatoes for 1-2 minutes.
5. Season with a pinch of black salt and set aside.
6. Repeat the sautéing process separately for the carrots and bell peppers, using the same frying pan.
7. Set each vegetable aside after sautéing.
8. In the same frying pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. 9. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until caramelized.
10. Add the minced beef to the pan.
11. Season with 1 tsp black salt, 1 tbsp Knorr seasoning, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 beef bouillon cube, and 1 tbsp date syrup.
12. Cook until the beef is browned and set aside.
13. In a large wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
14. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
15. Add the couscous to the wok and mix thoroughly.
16. Add the sautéed vegetables to the couscous. 17. Season with salt to taste.
18. Add the cooked beef to the wok and mix well.
19. Serve hot on a plate, garnished with dry dill.
