SIMPLE & EASY TO FOLLOW BEEF GINILING RECIPE (exact ingredients below)
Beef Giniling is a Filipino dish, ground beef is sauteed with garlic, onion, carrot, potato, oyster sauce, bay leaves and simmered with tomato sauce, green bell pepper, quail eggs and raisins. Best served with a pandesal or freshly steamed white rice.
Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized onion
500g ground beef
1 tsp iodized salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 small-sized carrot
1 small-sized potato
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 pcs dried bay leaves
1 cup of water
3/4 cups of tomato sauce
1 small-sized green bell pepper
20 pcs quail eggs
1/2 cup of raisins
