Not quite the same as a South Philly cheesesteak having lived there for nearly 30 years, but I'll give these folks some credit. Looks good. Just sautee the mushrooms, and onions more, and no bbq sauce or whatever they threw on there and you are almost there. Some advice, you can melt the cheese faster using a squirt of water on the griddle, and covering the food to allow the steam to melt the cheese faster.

Nope! A REAL Philly cheesesteak has American or Provolone cheese on it. The only ones that use Cheez Wiz are bullshit tourist places, like Geno's and Pat's.

The one with the yellow American cheese looks the best...but that meat should never stick to the grill or it will dry out because its already thin....also you forgot to squirt on some butter sauce while it was cooking.

Also onion is way less, mushroom need to be cut down. Onion doesn't look like caramelized at all. Also way too less meat compare to original Philly cheese steak

He was soooo close, but lost me with the little things. 1st, you gotta oil them veggies. 2nd, dome the steak to hold in the moisture and soften the meat. I like the mayo, but warm that roll up first on that grill. A little salt if you don't use salt water to steam the steak. But nice sandwich though.
