Beef Pilau. The secret to good pilau is to use whole spices and not the storebrought pilau masala mix. Also, use long grain basmati rice for the flakiness and wash it 4 times.(yes, even if the packet says its washed, wash it again). Lastly, cook it low and slow for a flaky pilau
