Beef Bong For Steam Roast 1 kg
Yugart = 250 g
Chili flakes = 1 full tbsp
Black pepper = 1 full tsp
Chat masala = 1 full tsp
Salt = 1 1/2 tsp
Crushed dry coriander = 1 tsp
Crushed white cumin = 1 tsp
Garam masala powder = 1 full tsp
Turmeric powder = 1/2
Yellow food colour = 2 pinch
3 lemon juice
Soye sauce = 2 tbsp
Vinegar = 1/4 cup
Chili sauce = 2 tbsp
Jinger, garlic powder = 2 tbsp
Green chili paste = 1 tbsp
Meat tenderize powder = 1 tbsp
