*Ingredients*
1 Eye Fillet 800g-1kg
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Pastry Square’s
3 Tbsp Mustard
4 Pinch’s Salt (all up)
3 Pinch’s Pepper
200g Prosciutto
700g Mushrooms
5g Parsly
Pinch Rosemary Leaves
Pinch Thyme leaves
10g Butter
2 Garlic Cloves
Pinch Ground Pepper
1/3 Cup Plain Flour
2 Egg Yolks
Oven bake at 230c 30-40 mins then 10 min rest

Great video..alittle rare most likly to the fact you brought it straight out of the fridge and put in the oven for 30mins with the center still icy cold. Need to come back to room temp then oven for 30mins 👌

@John Sanders bro I was horrified yesterday tbh I asked for medium rare my favorite cook of steak and I don’t mind it being pink at all but this fucking ribeye was still raw and squishy af had to ask them to take it back and cook it more I don’t do it often but I wasn’t about to get food poisoning “it’s still bloody RAW!”
