Ingredients:
- Lard
- Smoked ribs
- Beef
- Onions
- Carrots
- Celery
- Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Hot chili pepper
- Dried paprika
- Smoked paprika
- Tomatoes
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Dill
- Spices for meat
- Butter
- Water
1. Fry the fat and remove the bacon from the cauldron for a while.
2. Fry fresh meat in fat and also remove.
3. Fry, with the addition of a small piece of butter, onions and carrots.
4. Put the pork rinds, meat, all vegetables, a head of garlic cut in a circle, whole bitter pepper, pour water into the cauldron and simmer for 2 hours.
5. After that, add paprika, black pepper / you can add any seasoning to a meat dish /, 3 bay leaves, salt, a pinch of sugar and any smoked meat / ribs, etc./ and simmer for another 40m-1 hour. SMOKED MEAT ONLY AT THE END OF COOKING TO GIVE A SPECIFIC SMELL TO THE DISH. FRYING THEM IN LARD KILLS THE TASTE AND GIVES THE DISH BITTERNESS WITH A CONCEROGEN.
The excess liquid in this dish is an excellent gravy for side dishes.
