I live in Redcliffe Queensland Australia and I am 74 years old. When I drive down Sutton St, I park and walk down the open aired arcade dedicated to the Bee Gees and there is never a day that someone is there reading about the group and taking photo of this much loved group. So far, I've never heard of anyone closer to me talking ill of the Brothers Gibb. At worst, one or two dismiss their disco years (which they weren't really all about disco), but they show respect for the rest of their output.

I never understood that. I always liked the Bee Gees. I first heard of them with the Staying Alive movie when I was a young teenager, and I never stopped liking them. I didn't know until recently that they had been performing for a decade prior to that, and that they did many of the songs that I enjoyed already. I'm even a bigger fan than I already was.

Sometimes when I see Barry singing by himself and he talks about his brothers I just don’t know how he gets the strength to not just totally break down. Such a beautiful story of the brothers and yet so sad at the same time. I adore the Bee Gees they are legends in my eyes.

You are right Kathy they are legends.!!! I miss the 70’s and 80’s the Best years ever I feel and we’ll never see days like that again nor people like then. This world is such a sad place now. The governments worldwide are ruining it, and trying to kill most of us off and they are getting away with it.. friggin sad as hell.!!!!

Seen them a few times in concert they were brilliant. Also got tickets from fan club to see them on a tv show in the U.K, got autographs after show ,shook Robins hand , he thanked us the fans for without the fans they were nothing . The shows on KZfaq called Turner Around The World .

Robin's voice, and his appearance is absolutely mesmerizing in the video 'Bodyguard.' That song was definitely his! No one else was needed to get the 'feeling' of the lyrics across. This is one of those songs intended for the mature. Robin hit this one on the nail!

You got that right...Robbins voice is remarkable. I've been listening to the Bee Gees since 1967 and the body of the work is almost without compare. And the morons who considered the Bee Gees to be a disco band have probably never heard much of what they've done. The Odessa lp was and remains one of my favorites and if I played a couple cuts from that lp, most of those "morons" wouldn't even know it was the Bee Gees and probably wouldn't believe it.

One of their greatest songs but I just discovered it recently. Grew up with the Bee Gees in the 70's. Robin's vocals are the peak of this song - have it on repeat and never gets old.

If you haven’t checked out For Whom the Bell Tolls definitely do… the video of them singing outside in NY with the Statue of Liberty in the distance behind them is an incredible performance- Robin is spectacular!

This song takes me back to when i was 17. I got into trouble with a friend and i ended up doing community service at our local police station cleaning the police cars for a couple of weeks and this song was played everyday while doing it. Been out of trouble since. Now with 3 daughters oldest 23 years old.

Now here again, December 2020, after watching the HBO Doc "How Can You Mend A Broken Heart" 💗😪 Have loved these special brothers' music since 1967~always will. Bee Gees forever...

This song is so pure and raw. Hard to describe what it does to me. Makes me feel a mix of happy, sad, and nostalgic. The harmonies give me goosebumps and my arm hair sticks up. The chilling lyrics makes a lump in my throat. Sad I was only 2 years old when this song came out, but luckily the Bee Gees spirit lives on.

Virtue high five e Renee. I was studying for my finals when this song came out I I'd run out of my study room with my folks shouting at me coz I was head over heels for this song. My sis would purposely play it loud so that I could listen to it. Memories for decades back but it seems like it was just a day ago, music the real time travel machine .

They were my moms favorite band. Whenever I miss her or feel lonely, I listen to their songs. Amazing voices and such wonderful people. They did such a wonderful job here.

I understand you! I was around 8 years old back in the days this song was playing in the radio. I used to spend a lot of my free time with my mom back, I was very very fortunate. I know the whole repertoire of the Bee Gees, and a lot of music from the 60's to the late 70's thanks to mom. I'm very fortunate to count with my mom's presence and love still now in my late 20's :)
