Beer Battered Fish Sandwich
Beer Batter
1 Beaten Egg
1 ¼ Cup of Flour
10 oz of your favorite Beer
1 TBS of Cajun Seasoning
Spicy Tartar Sauce
¼ Cup Your favorite commercial Tartar Sauce
1 TBS Dill Pickle Relish
1 Tsp Fresh Dill
1 TBS Louisiana Hot Sauce
Cut Cod into Sandwich Size Pieces
Prepare Batter. Mix until it sticks to your finger like in the video. If its too runny, add more flour, too thick, add more beer!
Heat oil to 350 degrees
Batter fish and drop into heated oil.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until fish is 145 degrees internally
Remove and drain on wire rack
Add cheese as desired
Prep toasted buns with Tartar Sauce, Veggies of choice and Fish filet!
