Bro u could have made it simpler for her to understand. I don't think she get it what u were trying to say. Since I had knowledge abt all this but as I was felling distracted I watched this but lil disappointed acctually by ur explanation but always there is something new u learn evertime, as what I use to do is to focus on one thing that was focusing on supereme power that ultimate light for everyone. Earlier I use to think ppl do it wrg way to focus on breath or lamp light, Now I get to know logic behind focusing on one thing that is what and why it is.

Watch Acharya Prashant's videos for better understanding of these topics like Meditation, Spirituality. After watching this video I can say one thing that still millions and billions of people are unaware of what real spirituality (or meditation) is and how and why is it so important for one's life.

I feel like wisdom and ignorance both are a choice, like there may be a person who might at some point get this thought that what if I'm not right, and that person never checks on that thought just because he's ignorant, has a big ego etc. So wise people what they do is, even though they believed in a wrong thing earlier, they're willing to change for the right and follow up on that thought, try to make change for the right in the world. I guess we're all capable of being wise unless we're physically or mentally not capable, like I was obese 20 years of my life thinking that I was born this way, unless I decided to try continuously, so I changed for better, and I guess mediation just gives you that clarity of thought and the strength to change for good. So ya it makes you wise, if you really practice it right.
