Beers with Chad should be a topic video where Chad gets progressively more drunk on camera. That’d be strange and fun

Replace beers with shots and have him take one every 5 minutes for a half hour while filming.

@@ProxyAuthenticationRequired in grappling sports, every body type (size/ limb length) has its own advantages/disadvantages. You'll get what I mean if you try it out. It's one of the martial arts where fight IQ and experience have more value than physical prowess. That being said, I suggest working on mobility & flexibility first, particularly your hips and inner thighs if that's an issue

H Xen I was in the same boat as you. 320 pound power lifter with zero flexibility. I kept making excuses and stalling on signing up for classes, but the best thing I did was just sign up and go. Was I the biggest guy in the class? Yes. Was I the most out of shape guy in class? Yep. Could I barely finish the warm up? Yep. The point is just sign up and go. Of course you won’t be as flexible as the little 160 pound guys but you’ll soon learn to use your size to an advantage, the same way the little guys use their strengths to their advantage.

H Xen totally understand your hesitations but I say jump right in. When I first started my shoulders barely fit in a Gi. I've trimmed down a bit but still lifting strong.. Like the other replies our size has it's advantages and down sides. No we're not going to be the small flexible guy in the class but we'll always have an easier time passing.. You'll see that most schools have a wide range of sizes and ages and shapes.. You'll find your place.. Good luck!
