monday: it’s mahler 1 beethoven 9 marin alsop week :’) so scary but fun! i didn’t record anything from rehearsals for mahler 1 because bill was there and i felt like he would’ve judged me oops, went on a lil boba break with friends after sectionals in the afternoon! ping pong was a staple of the week LOL played and watched a lot! contra practice post masterclass :’)
tuesday: back out on the pingin and pongin before sectionals LOL and exposing jackie to the wonders of the nerds gummy clusters LOL more pingin and pongin, filmed a cover, practiced beethoven 9, did some sudoku outside!
wednesday: sun’s out buns out! more ping pong as we do, chillin in the practice room! look at all the stuff i carry when i play contra and bassoon !! crazy
thursday: IT’S CONCERT DAYYY with the cso musicians! played a couple days of stardew and narrated the luau LOL three cooks in the kitchen all makin different things LOL walkin hom after a successful mahler :)
friday: i made trader joes gnocchi for dinner :D went to the new directions concert which was pretty great to be honest, really enjoyed the new music, and supported a new friend jaylin!!
saturday: dress rehearsal for beethoven and higdon :o some pingin and pongin before a lil nappynap and pre-concert meal, beethoven 9 went well! and a sold-out crowd :o got a pizza with devin and watched some high school musical!
sunday: we go to the national cathedral for beethoven 9 pt 2 ! lil action shot of abby and i playing the chinese bells LOL went on a walk in the hot muggy weather and sweated a lot but the garden was cute! and watched inside out :)
