I am so impressed with you as a teacher and your love of this music so clearly comes through. You convey this so well with such a warm and lovely personality. You are such a wonderful pianist. You remind us that it's all about artistry in teaching us the way to convey the composers intentions. I fell in love with this piece when I was 15 over 5 decades ago. I wonder how Beethoven, who was deaf when he composed this, would creat this piece. It is brimming with passion, sense of urgency, and extraordinary technical challenges with tons of really fast and difficult parts. I am just amazed by its brilliant and breathtaking quality. Someone said: Mozart is a miracle, but Beethoven is miraculous! True! Thank you for the lesson.

thank you for this interesting video! I am practicing this piece now you have so much individual strength in your left hand fingers. Can you advice me any pieces to bring my left hand to another level? My left hand finger lacks individual strengths, so the dynamics level of the bass line is not as dramatic as i would like it to be.
