I've been going to planet fitness, they have red light therapy. I go 3 times a week for 12 minutes. I have seen improvement in my skin in clarity and more even tone. It's been a month now and very happy with the results..

I’m usually very skeptical about these “gadgets” but I was suffering from hormonal cystic acne and when I saw the blue light therapy on my FSA store I grabbed it. About 1-2 weeks of using it maybe every other day, the cystic acne completely stopped. I no longer get those ugly, painful bumps under my skin. I stopped using it as often and only use it here and there for prevention or if I feel any breakouts coming on. Hands down the best tool I have ever purchased for my skin.

Red light therapy have been used on the body to reduce fat. These devices use the same wavelength as those used on the face. Wouldn't red light devices like this reduce unwanted fat loss on the face?

i was told by a doc to becareful with red led that it can case brown spots that pink or green or yellow is good if u do have brown spots.

@@FrugieBlog I just realize the unit I purchased is different than yours, it's the DPL II. I also just discovered that it helps with eczema due to the reduction of inflammation.

I just used my DPL II for 9 minutes on my face and neck for the first time and I swear my skin has an unusual glow! I'm hoping it helps with the fine lines around my eyes.

I just got the Revive Glo wand in my FabFitFun box. I’m using it on my 11’s between my brows - 3 minutes, morning and night. It’s been 5 days...I already see a slight difference!! If after 30 days I see more improvement, I’m going to order this one! Does your code still work?

Hang in there! I had cystic acne on my chin in my 20s followed by my rosacea in my 30s and 40s. You can change your skin. I promise. Keep at it!

I'd say the results are really remarkable. The skin is so much improved from the first video! Curious to know if you are still using it? Also, I'd like to suggest that the UV lotion hype is getting debunked of late. Normal folks (who spend the majority of their waking hours indoors), on normal days do not need additional UV protection. You are at no risk of damaging your skin picking up the kids from school or making that Costco run. Anyhow, you look great and your review was super helpful!

My son uses blue light for acne, totally works! So, I bought one with the red light. I like it but can't tell if it is causing an increase in brown spots?! I know the light therapy works, just need to find the right color for my skin! Thanks so much for a great review!

Blue light is causing the negative effects. Blue light is NOT beneficial to human health. It accelerates ageing.

You can do more than 3 minutes a day. It doesn't have a clock. It flashes at the minute mark, so I just keep track of the number of flashes.

line on your neck isn't about looking down on phone.. it is a sign of your thyroid.. a line above the thryoid is hyper thyroid, and below is hypo... are you eating soy? if so stop.. do you take lugols iodine? if not do.. 3 drops on wrist and watch how long it stays in body.. if it's there 24 hrs you don't need iodine..

@@FrugieBlog How much of a difference do you notice around the mouth for getting rid of vertical lines, smiles lines, does it plump upper lip/ boost collagen? Revive has one for just the mouth but it looks uncomfortable and I rather have one I can use all over. Thanks!
