This dish must be cooked in a clay oven, heated solely with pine needles, using only a type of local ducks, flavored only with honey, which is the most unique aspect of Yiliang roast duck. 第一次看到福福吃好多，可見烤鴨多好吃啊！盆姐簡直是女超人，無所不能👍🏻 還自己蓋烤爐，太強了👍🏻 還好阿豪有拿到一隻烤鴨😂，不然盆姐的好手藝阿豪在外讀書都沒什麼機會吃到，不過直接帶著一隻烤鴨上學也是太有趣了😂 這集烤鴨、冒烤鴨、脆皮五花肉看得我口水直流啊🤤🥰🥰

Everything looks amazing Penji. The prep & research on making the oven was absolutely brilliant. The food was top notch as always.
