Explorer is in fact a compliment monster. For anyone concerned about the longevity, you can simply over spray without fear as this fragrance will never offend anyone. I slap on 15-20 sprays, (depending on whether or not I'm outdoors) and have no issues with longevity. Grab this one and don't look back 👍

Just found you in my recommended, liking the content. LEEETTSS GOOOO! Though I can’t disagree with you more about the performance. Unless the fragrance has been reformulated, I wear this to the gym for grueling 2 hr plus workouts and come out smelling and protecting strongly. That being said not everybody’s skin chem is the same or they could have as stated reformulated. This is not nor never claimed to be a clone, it might have been inspired by, but I think in the fragrance community if you smell citrus pineapple of the jump your automatically being brought to Aventus to to that heavy citrus opening. While similar like many inspired by fragrances, some inspired by their own called flankers, this a fantastic scent and all men should have this in their collection and when asked proudly say that it is Mont Blanc Explorer. To me the best from this company.

Love this scent, super versatile and good for any age imo. The ambroxan in this isn't cloying and not too offensive (I hear batches perform different)

Easily signature scent worth and spray on clothes it’ll last a lot longer. You can literally wear explorer every single day day or night for the entire year and literally wear it for any occasion you could possibly think of.

When I got it I didn't even know of Aventus or any niche perfume. It's a nice, safe, versatile fragrance. Yes, it doesn't last long but it's not that bad compared to some popular freshies. Besides, it's relatively cheap so you can overspray it, put it on clothes etc and make its performance more than decent. I have gotten compliments, although indeed in the first hour. The other thing I noticed is that it gets me the most compliments...from guys. That's very likeable among men. I'd suggest wearing it to an interview, in the classroom, in the office, where other men you want to make a good impression on will smell it. It's not a lady killer though, perhaps because it's not strong. I mean Sauvage is strong for example. Or Y EDP. Fragrances that bring female attention. Overall Explorer is among the best value for money in my collection and it made me not want Aventus. I mean spend hundreds of dollars to smell like a cheap fragrance just to get better performance? I'm not interested.

I get decent perfomance, works best in the heat. If you can't smell it, blow warm air where you sprayed it and you will smell it.

If you need to spray again after 3 hours then go ahead, you can afford it since Mont Blanc Explorer is much less expensive than Creed. I will forever LOVE LOVE LOVE Mont Blanc Explorer! One of the best!

Personally Aventus is not worth the buy anymore because of the many reformalations and the poor performance from the current batches. Not to mention the price as well.

Creed Aventus used to be my jam, but lately, that magic is gone. There are better houses that you get your money's worth. The 2013-2015 days of Creed are gone. And I remember those days where I would get non stop compliments. Nowadays when I wear Creed, it just doesn't feel the same. That magic is gone. I don't know what happened or why they can't make it the way they used to. Personally I enjoy Aventus Cologne.
