Soon as January is done I’m building a pc. I aint a clue what to buy,build but will have more of a clue come February. Got series x at min but that will be getting boxed up with its games and ebayed away. Then im done with xbox just sticking with gamepass. Never had a need for playstation as I like to play games not watch them. Socom was the last ps game a played a lot of. Tried that horizon west crap on my steamdeck and mate, what a boring pointless stupid game. Omg I tried to play it, 4 hour I lasted then deleted it. Spiderman doesn’t interest me. So yeah pcmr for me 2024.

If I interpreted right, you refer with your “I like to play not watch games” sentence to the mostly single player-based games that release on the Ps5, wich I don’t get. Of course there’re personal opinions and stuff, but PS games mostly are way more action packed than most Xbox games. Slim was just recently released. If the timeline of PS4 is the basis, then it'll be more years before they disclose about PRO. Yes, leaks of PRO's hardware are on the internet now, but think about the production and such, it'll take some time.

I thought you were done with Gamepass? And it’s not like “add a bit”, PC gaming is much more expensive in general, excluding games. Games sometimes get poorly optimized for some GPUs, so you have to plan on upgrading every few years. To what are you referring with “down to $0”? Games free on PC are almost always free on consoles too. PS got an equivalent to Gamepass (even though it’s a bit worse). I’ve got a PC with Gamepass and only a 1/4 of the games were interesting, 1/8 of them I actually played. But this is my personal opinion, I don’t judge anyone for buying a console, that’s a bit too childish for me personally.

Horizon, God of War and Spiderman? just a few and im telling you that majority of the titles will not come to PC. dude u need to spend thousands of dollars just to play a smooth gameplay of those titles in PC hahaha. @@dailyquestsxp You are also not figuring in higher game prices on console and monthly fees for online multiplayer access. It costs $80 to $160 for just one year of access when you don't have to worry about that on PC.

@@spec_gamer what exclusives? You just named them. lol Also Uncharted is on PC now and Last of Us. Not only is PC better but the games are cheaper too so you are saving money in the long run. PC has long been the king and it always will be.

The 30 fps is annoying at first but I actually still really enjoyed playing on ps5 despite it. Coming from someone who plays on a 4090 PC with 240 hz monitor.

very simple answer. If you have money and want to enjoy things, buy them. If you're having doubts about buying a console that can already give you a good experience in triple-A games, you can't afford it. I mean, it's already proven in the video, a lot of users already enjoying the console for gaming. Games that are specifically made for a console is smooth af and of course, and playing co-op with FRIENDS is fun :)

What are the gimmicks? You don’t have to pay for online if you don’t play it however if you want to you can get the base sub, add ons? I don’t think I’ve got any addons. Overheating (mine hasn’t once. lack of memory? Never not been able to play a game due to lack of memory. too much maintenance? What! you don’t have to do anything but wipe and blow it out every couple years. Consoles are plug and play for a reason. I mean I prefer pc for most games but it’s so expensive these days. I have all 3 main consoles and a pc and I seem to play the Xbox series x most.

Abit extra mate , the ps5 is a beast of a machine I just got it last week , and I notice major differences each time I load up my ps5 it reminds me many times in that one session alone

Same thing with PC, if you'll use a monitor that can carry your hardware like buying a 144hz, it can but the thing is like what I've said, your budget PC that limits to $500 can't, and I think that the 30 fps or less that you're saying is probably PC running AAA game. I'm playing immersive open-world games on my PS5 smooth and stable. If you could build a PC with limitless cost, then of course PC can run all AAA titles with high fps. The thing is compatibility in gaming. Why would you spend a huge amount of money just for gaming, just to run AAA game if you can just buy a console that can run smooth @ 60fps. We're on the next-gen arc, why would they release a console that can't run 60 fps, it's non-sense.

@@ScoutReaper-zn1rzyou still won’t get the same specs on a 500 dollar pc compared to the PS5, sure you can still save up for a PC but then you’ll still need a ton of room for a setup and need to optimize games in your PC properly so you can get the smoothest experiences on it
