Do the practices in his Playlist “Heal Your Karmas” each daily for several months. I believe many of the tools there are the same ones he taught in courses, sometimes just the content from courses uploaded directly here. They are all relatively short so it is not too difficult to make a daily routine of this.

Dont mistake him for what he says and how he appears to you, see to what he REALLY means to communicate with the audience. His work is to teach yoga and not to entertain with the jokes he puts in. See to it, you will find a way. 🙏🏻

In my personal life it seems that nothing can be improved. I wish I could move and I've tried to sell my house and even had someone sign a loan and close then thwart it after. I've tried buying an apartment too before that but change hasn't been possible. I liked hearing about your move. And I do wonder if these things were not meant to be and would have gone sour 🤷🏽‍♀️ I try to maintain gratefulness but I still wonder what are the possibilities and where are the possibilities. Perhaps soon I will have served my purpose and not be stuck here in this also cold and moldy place.... Peace and Health

Namasté, I have few questions: why do you teach only to Indians when you said in your video (for the 64 days challenge) that you your teachings are for everyone no matter what the class or social status is? Why nationality is that important to you when you speak in English anyway? And why do you speak in English in the first place if your teaching are only for Indians? Thank you for your answer.

Go back to your Guru and ask him how to become a better guru. Use your direct connection with him. People really are not so stupid these days they have better options then you. You seem to be atleast appear to extremely ridiculous choice of mahavtar baba as a student. Build some grace as a teacher. Barely reflect that. The madness in your eyes is scary , your speech tactics extremely erratic , have no stability in your thoughts. Get hold of yourself sometimes you just are not ready..don't get ahead of yourself.
