It is a shame that we accept that Ghanaians cant be employees. It shouldnt be acceptable that if someone is not 50% partner in a venture they wont care if the venture dies on their watch.

How is that any different than a manager who isn't paid a fair salary allowing a company/ department fail under their command or even a vested c level spying for a competitor or .. It's not a Ghana thing or African thing.. people are people.
