I was homeless. I met my wife less than a year after getting my life together. I now have 2 kids a beautiful home. Two new cars and in the process of starting my own business.

These kind of women are n0t just women, they are angels!

I was homeless living in the back of my truck when I met my wife. We have been happily together for 28 years, married 25 years. We just paid our house off last year and ready to travel when things get back to normal. When you are at bottom, things can only get better and you appreciate everything you have as a blessing and take nothing for granted. We are the best thing that happened to each other. We compliment each others strengths and embrace each others weaknesses.

I was a homeless man. Lived in my truck for 3.5 years. Never met a girl who would even look at me. I had one heck of a journey, unreal really. I learned a lot about people, Life and Spiritual things. Tried to do as much good as one person in my circumstances could do for others.The key was not to look homeless, by the time anyone found out, I already laid a impression on them. The real reality is not a love story. I was taken advantage of by everyone, almost froze to death many times( Western Montana) went 28 days without eating and lost count on how many times I was almost murdered and what I had was constantly stolen. I wasn’t a drunk or drug addict. Circumstances got me. Domino effect. The real reality of being homeless isn’t Pretty. As a matter of fact it’s Fear. Fear every minute and believe me when I tell you it’s not a love story. Lucky to have survived. Many I knew didn’t. I found out about a friend of mine yesterday, His name was John List. Local Homeless celebrity. He was in a wheelchair because he had lost his legs from health issues. He was beaten to death for a five dollar bill in his pocket. Couldn’t recognize he was even a man they said. That’s a truth to Homeless person. It’s not meet a rich girl and fall in Love. This is reality.

This woman gave that man purpose in life. The story was amazing

I think this is a story of an awesome miracle!!! I'm glad that someone found true love in a homeless person and that they were able to find love while being homeless! I have been on the streets before, and know how it feels to hardly be able to look into another's eyes...feeling angry and at the same time scared that people are thinking you are a piece of crap simply because you lay down at night on the ground... Over the years, I've learned to not expect people to be kind or nice to anyone who's homeless, so its really cool to hear of this happening... Just wish others could be more open to the fact that we are all human and need a helping hand once in a while!!! Stay safe, stay warm, and be blessed everyone... Walked by homeless man last night he was sitting on a bench eating looking at the ground I turned and asked him was he ok for food and money he said fine and thank me I spoke to him for an hour. He told me about his situation I give him money for food.Seen him next morning he had food had a chat he thanked me for the help he went on his way. God bless you Earle.

I spent 28 years (No breaks) homeless. I wasn't a criminal,alcoholic or abuse drugs. I was kicked out of home when i told my mum that her husband was sexually abusing me. She chose the Pedophille over her son. The point i am making is that most homeless people are not bad people but just down on their luck or family who don't care. Homeless people have to overcome a terrible stigma which tends to stick. Inparticular the Police, Fire & ambulance will ignore or give the absolute minimum assistance.
