@ Craig Amen! That’s the first thing I do in the morning is spent time with God.No matter what am going through! My daughter told me all the time that I just sat in my apartment and talk to myself all day! I tells her I sure do talk to the Lord but not all day!! I am waiting this morning for 10.00 clock sermon If my Bishop is not going live this morning I will just will go to another one that will be on at 10:00. You have to feed your spirit because of your flesh is fighting with your spirit. Every body have been through some things and even you are going through it as I am I don’t trust Drs. I trust only God to get me through the pain I have every day bad knee replacements a broke fern bone that he did knowing he could not do! Walk around in my apartment on a walker and some time I forgot I got the walker! I do use CBD cream 600 mg I got a lots of information in right knee that cream works well it takes the stiffness out of my knee. For my fern bone I use 4% Lidocaine I was coming out the bathroom and slipped down the wall had
