I started the adult ballet class 9 months ago. This is so helpful. I hope you can make other simple center adage for the beginner, I also liked your basic ballet head position video. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for this, I can't wait to try it! Body positions are something that I struggle with a lot as a beginner so I would love to see more combinations to the side and back if you can find the time! Lovely to have you back! ❤️

Thank you. This is so helpful for a beginner like me. It's simply enough that I can practice it and not get so overwhelmed that I can still focus on my form. ♥

I teach a senior, beginning ballet class. This is a wonderful simple center exercise. Thank you!

Oh wonderful! I am so glad to know it will be used and that you are bringing ballet to seniors! Dance brings joy at every age.

It definitely "youthens" us all. There are women in their seventies who have never taken ballet who are doing quite well. It brings joy to move, to stretch, to feel the music, and to feel beautiful. Besides teaching ballet, I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am finding ballet exercise to be very powerful in regaining mobility, strengthening the spine and correcting posture. Thank you for helping us with resources. It gives us more tools in our kit.

Hi, it was really hard for me to get the difference between croisé devant and éffacé devant..and eventually i think i got it: there're exact similar arm and leg position. Only the face looking and head position is different. Is that correct?? Think it's different for a la seconde and derrière. So yes interested in having a video on it. I know u already made a video on that with all positions but think it's better to separate devant a la seconde and derrière to better visualise and remember it without getting confused! Tks
@TheWholePointe5 жыл бұрын
Yes arm and leg are the same! Your head positioning changes but even more importantly is the way the body is facing the audience. The croise line is crossed to the audience and the efface is open to the audience. I think it is also helpful to divide them up and will definitely work on those videos. Thanks!!
