Beginner Friendly Ornament Cover Tutorial

In this video you will learn to make a Beginner Friendly Ornament Cover, with the Winter Wonders Treasure Bag. An easy rendition, for decoration and gifting this holiday season. The technique is easily adapted to beads you have on hand too.

Material List:
• 5- 12x9 vertical or top drilled crystal beads
• 20- 9x4 vertical drill drop beads
• 70- 4mm round crystal beads
• 74-6mm round crystal beads
• 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads
• An 4.25 inch diameter Christmas Ornament ( measured from top of bulb to the bottom, girth is 8.5 inch.
• 10lb Nanofil or 6lb Fireline
• Size 12 beading needle

Correction: I am using a size 12 beading needle. The bulb measured from top to bottom is 4.25 inch.

This will be my first ornament cover. Your design took the intimidation feeling I was always experiencing when I saw other ornament covers. They will make beautiful gifts to give other people. Thank you Gina for this wonderful design and giving us all the beads we need in our treasure bag. Hugs

You are welcome, I know these can be intimidating, but a simple design like this one can be modified so many ways and still be very pretty decorations done in half the time and effort.

Yes it was, all the beads I used were in the bag, for both, except the seed beads, of course.❤😊
