I really loved how you let him speak how he knew best but then put the correct way to say it in Spanish in the subtitles (and how you put the subtitles in Spanish and English). I also love how clear you speak Spanish.

this is very encouraging because the thing we forget about learning a language is that we learn it to talk with other people which is what hes already doing, getting the point across in a way that is understandable should be our first speaking goal the pronounciation and grammar and all that other stuff can be prioritized later

Buenos días. Un malentendido que me gustaría aclarar. La clave del Input Comprensible no es abstenerse de traducciones per se. Se trata de consumir contendido en el idioma que es comprensible de alguna manera. No importa si es contenido "TPSR" como Dreaming Spanish y aprendes nuevas palabras a través de imagines o movimientos. Krashen nunca dijo que no deberíamos usar traducciones o que es imprescindible abstenerse de la gramática. Creo que es extremadamente benéfico utilizar esas cosas para agilizar el proceso de aprendizaje. No quiero insultar a Luke, pero se puede escuchar el enfoque de no usar gramática en absoluto. Después de 1000 horas no sabe cómo usar conjugaciones básicas. El mero conocimiento de los tiempos verbales serían una gran ayuda para él averiguar cómo se utilizan de forma natural. No hay que hacer ejercicios gramaticales, basta tener el conocimiento y escuchar a cómo hablan los nativos. Disculpe por mis errores, no soy nativo. Espero que tengas un buen día.
