Nice! When I was 10 I found my dad's guitar from back when he planned on being the next Elvis Presley (I once told my dad I like riding in the car with him better than with my mom because she silneces the radio. After a short pause he replied, "I didn't notice it was on". Same guy.) Anyway, I'm now 24 and have been playing guitar ever since that day! What a gift, even if she doesn't stick to it, at such a young age to be encouraged and introduced to musical instruments, that's wonderful.

Hey Jason, Thanks for showing me this. I have taught Year 8 guitar for 40 years but has you can imagine, being a brass player, I just did enough to stay ahead of the kids with blues and rock songs with easy chords as well as tab for single melodies. No, I am retired and have time on my hand to learn so much more about the guitar. Thanks for posting this. You have a very easy and relaxed way about your teaching.

Hi Jason - a year ago I said I'll be back ! I'm the one who lost out for letting it take so long. Just showed my wife how you present: Genuine, still give a crapp that we will always need whole or bits and pieces of music, and all done without letting an ego tangle the strings. Jason - I enjoy the way you present almost as much as what you teach. You're still a good bloke. Thank you mate. Ajay

Very cool, ThankYou I’m just in my beginner baby steps and it’s so much fun learning new things on guitar. I start my first lesson soon. I can’t wait to make a guitar sing!! I don’t know anything about music and can’t even read it. Im just starting to remember notes on the scale. I’m starting on acoustic but want to eventually play rock and heavy metal. But I have to start learning proper techniques, I don’t want to develop bad habits early. I would love to play a tenth of what Nita Strauss can play but I know I have to practice and I need a teacher to start out! ThankYou again!!🤘🎸🎼.

I have an advice for your videos man Start the video by a "preview" of the song So we know where we're going and how it sounds directly at the beginning Also looks more "pro"

Just bc literally EVERYONE else does that doesn’t mean he has to. Just saying.. you’re probably way to used to seeing people do that

@@OmarOmar-jd9ou the reason everyone does it is cause it's the best way to do it. Why sit through a lesson for a song or Melody you don't even like once you hear it

I agree. I’m not being negatively critical either. I think it’s constructive criticism to help his style. I started doing tutorial videos and I always give a very short preview of the work before starting.
