I love watching you blend fiber! It’s one of those zen type activities. Rolag is that word I can never remember lol!

Thank you Shannon!💛 I can agree! It’s relax being on both ends. Watching but working. I’m still cracking up you calling them, “those cinnamon roll looking things.”😂😂 It’s a weird work but it derives from the Scottish Gaelic meaning “little roll”

Which method is your preferred for making the Rolag? Totally fascinating watching you do this. If I were a couple decades younger I would consider doing it. I am considering doing drop spindle spinning. Maybe.

Hi Mama Wench. I have no tried a Rolag off of a drum yet, but have done on the hand carders and blending board, of course. I definitely enjoy the blending board. I definitely encourage you to try a drop spindle. Believe it would be fun for ya! And if you don’t like it you can say you tried. Thank you for watching and have a beautiful day☺️💛
