so today we are going to be doing this amazing rainbow eye makeup !!! this beginners eye makeup might be scary but all it takes is a lot of blending there isn't al whole bunch of detail in this look like cut creases or sharp lines so that is why i consider it a pretty good beginners eye makeup look ! this isn't a beginner eye makeup using two eyeshadows but ! it is a beginners eye makeup using rainbow shadows. this rainbow eye makeup was so much fun ! let me know if you'd like more neon eye makeup tutorials. you can do this neon eye makeup tutorial with any colors of your choice and you can play around with what kind of wing you want weather its beginners eye makeup winged liner or none at all this will look stunning ! especially if your wanting some thing special and bright ! because let me tell you this is a bright eye makeup tutorial!
