I love listening to you talk about your life. The worry never leaves you once you are a mum. My kids are 18, 29 & 22 and I still worry about them every day. In fact I took up crafting, partly to help me cope with some of my anxiety. Try not to get too stressed. What a lovely project today! I will definitely have a go at using up some of my scraps. Stay safe and I hope Emily enjoys her new school.

75 years of being a mom, foster mom, grandmother and great grandmother I can tell you truly worry never helped! When such thoughts pop up, I have learned to put it into God’s hands! Not in a offhand way, really trusting in a blessed, safe way! Honestly I still have to remind myself, pray, trust, and tell myself good positive things also happen! Love your family!

Yes it's so very normal to react to scary noises when little ones are around! It's amazing to me that you are able to do what you do with a little toddler running about. Congratulations to Emily for getting in to her first choice of school! So glad you have your art to center you when emotions run high!

The canvas was beautiful through the whole process of course. But then you added the ink around the edges and it became a stunning piece. You just know exactly what to do. Your work is awesome.

Yes, you're right, the black edges look better than the browns. We, mums, always worry, you are not the only one ! It is part of being a mum I think! Nice canvas😀🥰

Oh gosh, I get that feeling with my son all the time! I have such a busy busy toddler and the anxiety is like a switch when I hear a boom, or a crack or anything. I think thats every parent.

Beautiful project!!!! Don't be hard on yourself that is just part of being mom. But always remember that the Lord is there to help you when it gets hard. And he wouldn't have gave you two beautiful girls if you couldn't handle it. That was the advice my mom gave to me!!! God bless you and your beautiful family ❤️

Gorgeous Marta and well done for persevering through the traumas of the morning. I think everyone one is on edge nowadays so it’s perfectly natural to be startled when things happen. I’m very happy for Emily and just hope her friend get into the school too. 5 months is such a long time to wait. No wonder your nerves are edgy. I completely understand about being a worrier. I think our current circumstances in life make it harder on us. I am a first time mother of a now almost 2 yr old. I dont think i have truly slept since the day she was born. I am also a psychotherapist and see mostly children and teens. I also worry about all of them constantly. But you are a wonderful mama! Your girls seem fabulous! Great job!

This turned out really great! Would never have thought of using whole used tea bags. And don't be hard on yourself, always have faith and trust that everything would work out for the best, and I know it could be difficult at times with Hyper Hannah at home....lol. Have a glass of wine at the end of the day and relax.

It's the curse of every mom :) . I have 2 sons, they are both in their twenties, and I still freak out sometimes with noises, or when my son tells me, what they are doing at work, he is a carpenter, and I hate thinking of him climbing roofs, or riding his motor bike - so much can happen LOL - so no worries, it pretty normal :D I am trying to learn to control it

I agree with Chris Maynard's comment below. Let go, let God. I think the uncertainty of Covid and where Emily was going to school played a part in your other fears. Things make their way into our subconscious and affect our everyday lives. It is so for everyone. Above all else, remind yourself daily that you are a great Mother. I know this might be difficult some days, but pat yourself on the back for a healthy, happy family.

Hi Marta. I cannot believe it, I actually created with you, during this video. The project as you started looked so inviting, my mind was calm and I started visualising all the loose papers, lace and more were around me. So I did. Just picked it up and glued it down. Felt so liberating to make something different, out of comfort zone for me. Yours is stunning, the vintage look. Mine is a bit different but same concept. I loved when I took white gesso to some of my chipboards and it all made it look whole, as one piece, then white splashes too and then i love my black border and continued with black splashes too, that really bought the whole project together. I am surprised at my self in a good way. Not planned at all. Thank you so much Marta for finally sharing this video. xoxoxo. Happy Crafting. Lovely tutorial! End result was gr8. But i didnt like the last flower. Ruined it for me. I would've put those one of dark brown balls, under a lace or something, just peeking, showing a tiny bit. Would've tied nicely with the dark edge.

It makes me sad that you always worry so much - please don't. My mum used to say: When something is right and is supposed to happen, it will go easily. If something does not go easy, it's not the right thing. Love your canvas, I am hardly crafting at the moment. No creativity atm.

I too panic when I hear crying or loud noises . You are not alone. Sometimes if I watch something scary or the news it makes it worse. I have to use God’s word to stop those fearful thoughts. 2 Timothy 1:7 King James Version 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. I have gone through the third round of not being notified of your new videos. I have done the unsubscribe/subscribe/click "all" under the bell thing each time. I am getting very frustrated. Do you have any new suggestions?

It is not exactly trouble finding your videos, I just need to remember to check every few days for videos and/or Marenian comments. If I don't I just have a Marta-Marathon. LOL I go through Marta withdrawal after a time. I don;t miss more than two. It is just a bother to have to re-up my subscription all the time. For your videos I am willing to do so. You are so very special to me, dear girl of mine.

I come here to escape sometimes and people talk about the problems constantly to my ears hurt I love your work but sometimes I like quiet and creativity
