One comment regarding the "fight stance". If you don't want to escalate the situation, it's ill advised to get into what looks like a fight or sparring stance. You can position your body and put your hands open and raised in what appears to be a neutral stance. I used to spar from that position because blocking attacks or side stepping are actually easy to do.

Once I got punched hard into the solar plexus in boxing .It is like I'm drop and freeze .I was laying down for like 10 minutes ,I couldn't get up.my solar plexus feeling pain for like a week.

The Solar Plex punch is real. It doesn't even take a strong punch. I was doing a routine slow block, punch exercise with a new student. His first day in the studio. I guess he got bored or wanted to see if I could block his fastest punch. It took me by surprise but having rehearsed it many times, it came automatically. I blocked his right and countered with a small amount of force. Truthfully I think I lost a bit of control because we were not supposed to be striking. The fellow dropped to the floor in agony. I was amazed at how little force was involved. It appears that accuracy is the thing to develop. The instructor gave me some stink eye but apparently, he saw the young man's move on me and said nothing about it to me.
