I wanted to document a little reflection on setting new year goals for 2024, prioritising self-care and living more mindfully.

Thank you for a calm and relaxing video yet)) For me I try to do things I enjoy. Walking, yoga, dancing, singing, reading and staying away from what drains my energy.

You and I sound just alike! Except that you seem musically talented, and I’m terrible and both singing and dancing. What sort of dance do you like? The algorithm has recently been showing me so much Russian ballet and I’ve fallen in love. Happy New Year 🤍

@@dalsol달설 It does seem like that's why I followed you from the first time I saw your channel)) My mom noticed I was good at dancing, she encouraged me to not give up on dancing since I was little 🙏I did break dance growing up lol, but when i moved to a bigger city I signed up for ballroom dancing and did that 6 years. I did Latin American dancing for 9+ years and still do. Ballet is beautiful indeed did it for about two months in my trip to Nepal

Январь приносит много смешанных чувств. Но я стараюсь не сравнивать себя и идти в моем собственном темпе. Аналогично, мне нравится ходить с моими маленькими собаками. Я представляю, что ваш ших цзу может выдержать холод лучше, чем мои собаки хаха. Надеюсь, ваши занятия в пилате идут хорошо! Я планирую вернуться к своим занятиям йогой в ближайшее время))
