I f*cking love Hathaway. Great/concise speech, chirping on the bench, getting physical, supporting his teammates, cheering on Marchy during the fight. This guy’s all-in and watching him mic’d up made me appreciate him 1000x more.

@@tommy7977 oh I think it was a compliment And pointing out the difference between this season and the past since June 2019 That's when most of us original six Old-Timers knew what was going on and wanted Cassidy gone "Do your job follow the system" to seasoned cup-winning award-winning veteran players, out of an AHL coach? In the fans thought that arrogance was okay? Okie doke! 🙄 And yeah-we do care about coach of the year. If they're giving out that award? He came into a difficult situation, flipped things around And if we're giving out these type of awards? I'd be giving Sweeney GM of the Year award.. Just for putting up with the fair-weather fans!

12:09 Bruins season in a nutshell. I've had this thought frequently about this season. So rad to see how intentional it is for them to be elite in all facets of the game. From the music at the arena to the product on the ice. The last two episodes of this have been the best behind the scenes content I've ever seen of an NHL team. Best captain. Best coach. On and on, really. Killing it and showing the rest of the league how it's done. If this is Bergeron's last dance - not even a Bruins fan myself, but enormous props to everyone on a historic season. And as a mostly impartial observer I cannot wait to get the popcorn out for the Atlantic division playoff games this year.

Who cares about the wins record? I doubt the players care… forget the dumb regular season wins record, it’s meaningless. Win the cup and be remembered forever. The ONLY thing that matters for this team is a cup. Anything else this year is failing. Wins record is useless

@@skid126 um… yeah man I can. Same wit the other sports. The only time ppl remember a great regular season is when you lose in the playoffs. Like Tampa a couple years ago is only remembered for being a let-down when the games really mattered. I’m sorry brother but I wholly disagree 100%. Winning the cup for Bergy in his final season is the only thing that matters. It’s all that really matters to the guys in the locker room and all that matters to me. Win the cup and you get bragging rights over EVERYONE. And why risk injuring to an aging team with some banged up veterans who need to rest, like Krejci has hit a wall and needs a break. They can’t go all out for a silly record. Sorry this was long I just enjoy a good sports chat lol
