She was on the 2016 Olympics. But she was not in this roster even though she busted her butt playing a lot of games after WWC. And those that did not play after WWC got in. The management were asking asking too much of her but she has proven that she belongs with the team.

You know nothing about football. Look at the stadium, only one side is mostly filled with fans. Now look up men's international game high lights and look at the stands. A lot more people even for friendlies. Salaries are based on overall sales of the team. Men's sells 2 to 3x more than women's, and from the quality aspect is far more competitive and enjoyable. Men's teams overall bring in more ticket sales, making more money, equals higher salary. Doesn't matter at all if they win or not, they put people in seats. Women's team does not. Their quality of play is horrific. It's like watching a high school team play against a middle school team. It's not competitive and therefore not entertaining or interesting to watch. Should their marketing people do their job better to get people in the stadium and sell tickets. Yes. Will they? Idk probably not cuz only die hard women's fans like this team. And they are all stuck up and entitled fans. Stereotyping but from working in a soccer store I stand by that statement. They will complain you don't have a Press jersey, but when we do have it, it's to expensive for them and so they get a fake one online and so the team gets no sale on that jersey. A bunch of hypocrites. They will never be paid the same as men because they do not play against men. England, Portugal, France all these international men's teams get paid a lot because they put millions of people in seats, and sell millions of jerseys world wide. USA women's, maybe a quarter of that in complete total. The numbers do not show women's USA team able to get paid more. They agree on their salary and bonus. If they don't like it, leave. Or do other marketing since you "have a name". Just because they win a title doesn't mean they are good. Women's international teams globally are far behind any men's team. USA women's lost against a 15u boys team. Men and women are different, and that's why they do not play each other. It's 2 separate areas of soccer. Men's and women's. Salaries are based on the amount of money you bring in to the club or team. USA women's doesn't bring enough despite winning these best of the worst titles.
