I really like Joe Johnson's approach and it's something I could feel in their products: uniqueness and quality. We find more and more rarely those the qualities because, for most of the companies today, business is about scalability and mass production rather than attention to details and quality. Please, keep this wonderful momentum, I will always be happy to pay the price for your gear.

Just purchased a 34L with TA 3 leveling head/quick detach for my Desert Tech SRS A1 precision rifle.. just as excited as the day I bought the rifle. SOAR guru Mike gave great customer service.

I can attest to the excellent customer support. I had questions about modifying a tripod I already owned with an RRS plate and the people there not only gave me a great deal of information, but they did it quickly, without "selling" me and gained a customer for life as a result.

I am a FANS of RRS CEO.😂😂😂 . Just placed the order for a bunch of RRS products in B&H web store. Waiting for my TVC-34L MK2, BH-55 LR, leveling base, PRO clamp, LR clamp, Rail, nodal sliders.... Hope these goods ETA Taiwan soon later.... I have Gitzo GT5543XLS, GT5542LS, GT1545T, GH3383QD, Gitzo leveling base,.., at home now, and try to make them adapt to RRS eco system now. I wish RRS better year to year.

I own a BH-55 and there are other makes and models out there that are just as good but cheaper. I believe the reason RRS is so expensive is they are an American company and higher wages have to be paid as well as the lease on that building they work out of in a very expensive state. All that cost is passed on to the customer. I do admit the products are amazing but they are very overpriced.

I am very disappointed about RRS. I bought a BH-55 ballhead from them. After the ballhead arrived, the clamp and the quick release plate were full of scratches. I sent a video to them to show them the scratches, their staff saw and admitted the existence of them. They said I could mail the clamp and plate back to them to check. After they received and checked the clamp and plate, they said they couldn't see any scratches and refused to replace new ones for me. They also said if there was any, they were made by the machines and were normal. I wonder why products of other brands like Gitzo and Manfrotto have NO scratches?! They are nearly perfect. I swear to God I will never buy from RRS again. I will buy from brands that have dealers in my country, because I can check the products when buying them. Once I find anything wrong, I can ask for a replacement immediately without any transportation cost.

Did the scratches affect the picture quality? Just saying. You should see my BH-55 after one year of hiking about 30 miles! Still works fine though!
