I like how Mike called her up and pulled her out of her depression momentarily (same year Nip died) to film a movie that she said helped heal her in a way. She did something that she loved, it distracted her mind, and it had answers in the movie to what she was maybe searching for.

This movie was everything and more.. My husband was murdered and our twin baby boys were still born. So the part where she speaks to him at the bomb fire touched me in so many ways. It just gives me hope and reassurance that my beloved and our twin boys will always be with me in my heart even if I don't get to see them in a physical form anymore. 🙏🏾😔.. Please support them and watch .. You won't be disappointed..

As a widow, I believe she was doing what I did at first...I wanted widow roles in films because I felt this was a way to express my pain in a healthy way but God has other plans for me (also give me more opportunities to cry and scream because that's all I could do) May Christ cover and heal her like only He can, during the hardest time of our lives. For those who may be confused as to why Michael is referring to John as “I” sometimes, it is because he is the type of actor who truly embodies his character. He makes a journal for every character he plays and really digs into who that character is so that he can become them for that movie. When he played Killmonger it took a toll on him because the things that he filled in the journal were just so dark, and he struggled a little after the movie. But doing this method is what makes him so great at what he does. He puts all he has into his acting and it shows beautifully in every movie he does.

This is the second interview I've watched with Lauren and the sullenness in her eyes and voice, makes me cry, for her.... I won't watch any more interviews. I've lost people I love, but I hope to never know the pain of losing someone you wake-up to and go to bed with, daily. Someone that you've planned to grow old with. Someone you've made a family with, then shockingly and suddenly they're gone. You didn't even get to say "Goodbye", "I'm sorry" or "Hey, let's not argue about this. It's no big deal". I'm sure Nipsey has come to her and given her some peace. But maybe the sorrow I see in her eyes and hear in her voice, is she feels like I feel about his murder; God got that one WRONG.

It Is sad to see the amount of comments about "I can see her pain", "she's so sad" and so on. I can imagine if she is one of those who reads these things, it will not make her feel great that you are all suggesting she can't even function in an interview without appearing distraught. Once people know about your person stuff, that's all they see when they look at you. This is why so many people suffer in silence, because so many of us don't know how to see a person once we know something personal about them. This interview is about a movie she just did.

It's good to see Lauren smiling and laughing again but that gleam is gone from her eyes. I see Michael B Jordan just being protective of Lauren and that may make him fall for her. They both are intelligent and seem like they could have long conversations together but I don't see him as Lauren's type unless he has that hidden street swag that she likes.
