Absolutely loved this movie! OK, it isn't deep - it's an action film, though there is a great backstory to the Gray Man that is heartbreaking and I love Six's relationship with his handler's (Billy Bob Thornton's character) niece. I love how he becomes so protective of her and I love her sassiness. LOVED Gosling as an action star! He was killer in his role! I sure hope there are more Gray Man movies to come! PLEASE!!

This movie was so amazing. Fantastic cast and ridiculously over the top action scenes.. bad ass fight sequences. Man. I love it so much. Evans as the bad guy was great and Gosling as always was fantastic and believable as Six. Def one of my fav recent action movies and prob one of my favorite of all time. This and Polar are the action winners for Netflix. There are some other good ones too but this is on another level.

they should do a one shot scene in every fight because somehow it seems that they have stunt doubles, though they did their own stunts....too many cut in every scene makes it harder for the audience to know that it is them doing it...the movie is great btw and enjoy it...somehow other viewers see it as mediocre... if Hollywood studies how the asian action movie works then they can improve it... the "Everything Everywhere all at once" is an example of doing a one shot scene...and it was great...

My opinion, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Civil War have great fight scenes ever among Marvel Movies (before Shang Chi). The Gray Man also has action sequences well choreography. Wonder if Russo brothers do some reference to fight scenes like Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Chuck Norris, Michelle Yeoh, Cynthia Rothrock, Jean Claude Van Damme, Tony Jaa, Dolph Lungdren, Steven Seagal, and legendary Bruce Lee and Brandon Lee, as well as John Woo movies.

If people can overlook the silly plot and unrealistic scenarios for the action, the great choreographed fighting scenes and the pretty people in it, then you may enjoy it. I feel the title character Sierra Six was weak because he had women saving his butt throughout. The scene stealer was "tried-to-downplay-his-good-looks-with-a-pornstach-but-still-was-handsome" Chris Evans playing devilish Lloyd. I never thought such a sweet, humble actor could make me want to kick him in his cute butt so much...lol. His torture techniques and childish tantrums were hilarious...lol. Rege played a convincing jerk as well but I feel Jessica Henwick outshined in her role as being a helpless kitten at first and surprisingly being a ruthless tiger in the end.

I feel like they are afraid to praise Chris throughout the press tours they have done so far and this particular interview, they are more focused on praising Ryan as if he will get offended if they don't put him in the first place. I don't get it. During press tours the audience would react warmer to Chris each time he would appear and Russo brothers seemed to remind everyone they need to cheer up for Ryan more as he is the main character.

I really don't understand how some of the shooting scenes make it into the movie... People shooting from the street into the first floor and they hit the ground on that floor? i think that most action movies really need to step up their game on some logical things :D Entire teams of professional hitman hip firing like its a western movie. There is a huge shooting and the people in the tram just sit there and don't move until a bullet hit's them? And all of a sudden there is a guy walking on the street with an RPG ??? :D A dude in the back of a van with semi-automatic drum fed grenadelaunchers who misses a tram (that is following rails), he has to reload after ONE shot, and then 180-no-scopes the police car thats coming in from the side? :D Dunno guys... movie is all fun but the action scenes are lacking A LOT

I'm sorry but Chris Evans trying to act like a villain was a complete joke. I chuckled every time he was on and I know that wasn't the movie's intention. I just can't buy him as a villain. He's too much of a goodie-two-shoes pretty boy. And was he wearing lipstick? Why were his lips so red? He's already a pretty boy so why does he want to look more effeminate than he already is? I don't mean to sound rude. I love the guy and am a big fan. I have seen a lot of his films but in conclusion, he'll always be Cap to me. I just can't believe him in a bad guy role.

@@samuraijosh1595 I will admit Chris was the scene-stealer though. Most of the characters, especially Ryan's, were deadpan and bland. @@samuraijosh1595 I think the Russos were looking for humor to try and break up the large amount of action and seriousness of the film so they figured making Chris' evil character a little bit of a tantrum-throwing brat who gives off funny one-liners and them knowing Chris' past roles of him playing funny evil villains so well with a touch of charm and charisma, they thought they were successful but again, I found Chris to be unbelievable as the torturous villain. First of all, the mustache couldn't hide his nonthreatening babyfaced good looks and maybe it's because I see him as Captain America, I just can't see him as being evil. A perfect description of Chris trying to play a villain would be that he looks like a Golden Retriever trying to act like a Pit Bull.
